Macrofarm S.r.l., is a spin-off company from University of Calabria, born from the applied research in the Department of Pharmaco-Biology of University of Calabria.
The field of activity which characterizes the company is represented by the development of advanced technologies for the production of functional polymers, used in the cosmetic and nutraceutical sectors.
The innovation led by the company aims to:
- develop new functional raw materials for cosmetics and "functional foods" markets,
- search for materials that best meet the requirements of safety and effectiveness required by law.
Macrofarm activity also includes the development and characterization of new cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations.
