Z Lab was founded in 2006 with the main mission to apply the aeronautic engineering knowledge and technologies to other engineering sectors traditionally less developed.
Z Lab company provides an answer to the Customer’s needs in the Acoustics areas: Environmental, Architectural and Industrial and carries out Laboratory Tests.

Acoustics, thermal and vibration Laboratory tests; the company also provide a pre- test service consultancy that can direct the customer to the best solution for his expectations, avoiding unnecessary waste of resources. Z Lab also offer a "manpower sharing" service, in order not to burden the cost of building works on the customer.

Environmental Acoustics: Design, modeling and on site measurements. Interventions to assess compliance with the current regulations on noise pollution and provide effective solutions to reduce and mitigate the noise.

Architectural Acoustics: Design, modeling and on site measurements. Z Lab supports architectural studios and builders through the acoustic design of buildings, auditoriums, theaters, conference halls and recording studios. Z Lab intervenes to improve the quality of listening and the reduction of reverberation time in rooms, restaurants and meeting rooms.

Industrial Acoustics: design of remediation liabilities for the attenuation of the noise emitted from industrial sources or machinery of various kinds, soundproofing design directly on the source through design changes and / or use of sound-absorbing and sound- integrated materials. Industrial acoustic cabins design, silencers for civil and industrial installations design, walls and soundproof doors for railway rolling stock design, construction of turnkey solutions with design, supply, installation and final testing.
